It looks and tastes like Red Snappers and is popular in the Gulf and Arabian peninsula. The cath is mostly exported from Pakistan. The fish weighs 500–2 kg. All seafood pricing and billings are based on pre-cleaning/cutting weight. The cutting type determines the delivered net weight.
