Goldline bream or Kapartan is considered a low-budget alternative to white Pomfret because of its flat body and tender and sweet taste. Although Goldline bream – kapartan is not very abundant in the Arabian sea, you will always get it for your fresh online seafood delivery.
Goldline is very famous in the Gulf and is usually exported from Pakistan. It closely relates to the normal sea bream but it’s slightly better in taste and texture.
Goldline bream is similar to most breams and has a sweet mild flavor and delicate meat. It should not be used with strong flavors to retain its sweet taste.
