Eel Fish | Baam Fish
Conger eels are a type of fish that don't have pelvic or pectoral fins, not snakes at all. They are a great source of super-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, much like fish. A healthy level of calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, manganese, zinc, and iron are also present.
